This retirement cake was made for a very dear friend of mine.  2 tiered cake, topped with dice made of cereal treats, covered in fondant.  Fondant Vegas sign, cards, and poker chips.

Nanaimo Clippers Hockey Jersey Cake

Go Nanaimo Clippers!

This cake was requested by the lovely and thoughtful Volunteer Coordinator of the Nanaimo Clippers hockey team.  I had a lot of fun making this cake - as simple as it looks, it took a fair bit of planning (and over thinking and re-thinking and so on!) to get it just right!

John Montie Lawn & Garden Cake

Requested for the retiring owner, by his family.  This cake travelled several miles, including a ferry ride, to get to it's destination.  The roof line and small details of the building gave me a fun challenge to work with!  7 layers of cake at the heighest point!
