My name is Setia, and creating edible art is a passion of mine that I didn't realize I had until somewhere into the 3rd trimester of my third pregnancy. Gelatin sheets! I have previously made a cage cake. (I train at a gym we're mostly made up of MMA fighters, our coach throws a party every 4th of July, and I make the cake) The first time I used mesh wire and I've been looking for a different way, this is a very good idea!
